Fruit Inside is an online food and snack business based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We sell dried fruits, fruit snacks, and other fruit-based products through our website for delivery across Pakistan.

6. Orders

We deliver orders to locations within Pakistan where our delivery service is available. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, weather, public holidays, unforeseen circumstances and other factors outside our reasonable control.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled through the applicable courier or delivery service. If your order is delayed or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us and provide your order details so we can assist you.

9. Damaged, Spoiled or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, spoiled, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement or refund.

We may ask you to provide photographs or videos of the product and packaging to help us assess the issue. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for further information.

10. Food Product Returns

Because Fruit Inside products are food items, we generally do not accept returns simply because a customer has changed their mind, no longer wants the product or does not like the flavour.

Opened food products generally cannot be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons. Where an opened product has a genuine quality or safety issue, please contact us within 7 days so we can review the matter.

11. Payments

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment information when completing an order. Orders may not be processed until the required payment or payment confirmation has been received.

We may use third-party payment providers or payment services to process payments. Their own terms and conditions may also apply to payment transactions.
